Ermentrude de Roucy (958 - 5. Mai 1005) war eine Aristokratin des 10. Jahrhunderts, in zweiter Ehe Gräfin und Herzogin von Burgund.
Die Abstammung von Ermentrude de Roucy (Hermentrude, Ermentrudis) ist teilweise aus einem Auszug am Ende der Chronik von Frodoard (Flodoard) bekannt. Dies ist das Fragment eines Briefes von Renaud de Bourgogne, Graf von Port, an Gui-Geoffrey von Aquitanien vom [966]: „Mathilde und Albérade waren Töchter von Gerberge; aus Mathilde wurden König Rodolphe und seine Schwester Mathilde geboren; aus Alberade kam Hermentrude; aus Mathilde, der Tochter von Mathilde, stammte Berthe; von Hermentrude stammte Agnes; aus Berthe stammte Gerald der Genfer; Von Agnes kam Gui » - Chronik von Frodoard, Dijon-Manuskript, Anno DCCCCLXVI2.
Ermentrude ist die Tochter von Renaud de Roucy und Alberade de Lotharingie, Tochter von Gislebert de Lotharingie.
